Stop-Motion Animation: Wallace & Gromit
When we first began learning how to create animations on Photoshop, I was instantly reminded of the process that stop motion animators go through in order to create a film. I became interested in learning more about what happened behind the scenes of these films and decided to look into Wallace & Gromit, a popular stop motion animation series that I used to watch growing up. Aside from just how painstakingly meticulous and diligent the directors had to be, I found it amazing how just a few modifications to the characters' bodies and faces could express completely different emotions. Even though Gromit doesn't speak, he is still able to express himself through facial expressions and body language. Feel free to check out the video here!
