Tasteful Wordplay

I'm a sucker for a good play on words, so when I saw this article on Facebook I knew I had to share it. Daniel Carlmatz, a Swedish designer, spent a year creating a collection of designs for words that reflected the word's meaning. While the designs are pretty intuitive, I found myself looking at them for longer to admire the thought put into the details. The designs are minimalist, so it is surprising that they took a full year. They act as a reminder that designs that may look simple still contain plenty of effort.
